Funding Employment Tribunal Claims
You may be able to fund employment tribunal claims either privately or through legal expenses insurance under your home insurance policy. You may also have insurance cover under your union membership.
Please note that we are always pleased to discuss flexible fee arrangements, including offering capped fees, progressive reduced fees and other arrangements. In certain circumstances we can arrange funding by way of a contingency fee arrangement, in which we deduct fees — to a maximum of 35 per cent — from any damages awarded.
