Neumans LLP represented Dr Chirag Patel, a dentist who was being prosecuted for fraud and misuse of a blue badge.
Neumans LLP were successful in persuading the prosecuting authority (Wandsworth Borough Council) to drop the fraud charges. Dr Patel pleaded guilty to two charges of misuse of a blue badge (section 117 Road Traffic regulation Act 1984) and received a fine.
