Leigh Armour
joined Neumans LLP in September 2010 as a support secretary and administrator to both the criminal and fraud departments. She undertakes client file administration and coordinates the ever-busy fee earner and diary schedules.
Leigh came to London from the north east of England in 1982 and decided she wanted to stay. She has more than twenty years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary/PA, and has gained extensive experience working in many different legal sectors across Criminal, Family, Personal Injury, Conveyancing and Immigration.
She started out in 1990 as a secretary in a well known London firm and subsequently moved to a small criminal litigation firm as PA to the Senior Partner. In order to spend more time with her children, Leigh then joined a firm providing temporary work cover in the legal sector, spending 11 years filling temporary positions in some of London’s busiest criminal departments both at small and medium sized firms.
When Leigh is not at work, she enjoys reading, knitting (especially children’s and baby clothes), shopping, and visiting her family, who still live in the north east of England, where she likes to go for lots of long walks in the Lake District.
