We can help fight for legal representation for internal disciplinary matters. If you don’t want or are not eligible for legal representation then we can prepare your matter on paper for you, a friend or trade union representative to present the case.
We can prepare matters for NMC Fitness to Practice Panel hearings, either to be delivered orally by one of our specialist advocates or by yourself or a friend.
