Legal Support for Health Professionals is a unique service offered by Neumans LLP to professions regulated by the Health Professions Council (HPC), who include arts therapists, biomedical scientists, chiropodists / podiatrists, clinical scientists, dietitians, hearing aid dispensers, occupational therapists, operating department practitioners, orthoptists, paramedics, physiotherapists, practitioner psychologists, prosthetists / orthotists, radiographers and speech and language therapists who are facing problems arising from their profession.
If you are subject to investigation or action by the Health Professions Council (HPC) contact Neumans LLP for legal advice. You should taking legal advice as soon as you are informed of a complaint made against you or that your case has been referred to a Fitness to Practise Panel.
