Gavin Nathanson, who has worked in law firms both in England and Hong Kong, was the former Senior Counsel for Europe, for a leading inter-dealer broker in the City of London. During his six years as Senior Counsel, Gavin advised in a broad range of areas and negotiated with a multitude of parties from around the world.
Having spent a number of years in General Counsel positions in the City, Gavin advises on matters relating to Corporate, Commercial, Intellectual Property (including software licensing agreements) and Financial/ Regulatory areas including Shariah compliant Murabaha sale and purchase agreements and ISDA based agreements. The hands-on experience he has gained allows him to achieve the required result in a practical and cost effective manner, whether it be negotiating and drafting agreements, filing Companies House forms, or undertaking a company restructure, joint venture or sale of a company. Gavin is able to provide a high quality service, on a basis that suits the needs of a client, both in terms of turn-around time and cost. His in-house experience places him in an ideal position to appreciate what is required in a company today and how best to achieve it.
Gavin enjoys a variety of outdoor sports including skiing and car track days. He runs to keep fit and recently competed in the London Marathon.
